1 ½ Cups Cooking Oil
1-Cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP White Vinegar
1 OZ Red Food Coloring
2 ½ Cups Self Rising Flour
1 ½ Cups Sugar
2 TSP Cocoa

Mix with mixer and pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
