Boil potatoes (Med to Lg chunks until done)
6 TO 8 Medium potatoes.
When done, place in casserole dish.
Mix 8 Oz. Sour Cream with 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Celery Soup
Add 1 Medium chopped onion and chopped Ham or Bacon (I always use Ham) A ham steak is the perfect amount to use. And chop in inch cubes. Add 2 Cups shredded Cheese. Mix well with the potatoes being careful not to disturb the potatoes too much. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (Approx. 25-30 minutes) May take longer. Optional shredded cheese on top the last 10 minutes.
