one head of cauliflower
salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove leaves and trim base from medium sized cauliflower. Wash. Precook, whole, in boiling salted water (or steam) for 12-15 minutes. Drain. Place whole in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over cauliflower and top with grated cheese. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
