1/2c butter
1/2c applesauce
1c sugar
3 medium bananas mashed
2 eggs
1t vanilla
2 1/2c flour
1 1/2t baking soda
2c quick oats
1c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease two cookie sheets.

Combine butter and applesauce, add sugar, bananas, eggs, and vanilla, beat until smooth. Gradually add flour and baking soda. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.

Drop by the teaspoon and bake 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
