1 cup 7-up
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
1 3oz box lemon jello
8oz cream cheese
1 15oz can crushed pineapple
1 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
On stove top medium heat warm 7-up and add marshmallows to melt. When melted, stir in jello.
Then using beaters beat the cream cheese into mixture. Add pineapple and stir and refrigerate about an hour. Whip whipping cream and fold in.
At this point you can either mold it or just put in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
