1 pkg. slice & bake Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

12 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1 t. lemon juice
1 T. water

Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)

Serves: 8-10

Slice cookies thin, and put on pizza pan. Bake as per package directions. Cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar, and spread over baked cookie. Arrange fruit in circles around cookie. Mix preserves, lemon juice and water and drizzle over top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

The first time you make it, you might think it looks funny with a little drizzle of topping here & there, but don't worry... it is not to cover it completely, and it is supposed to look that way. Your guests will love it, and the drizzle just gives it a tart flavor boost! ENJOY !!!!
