4 Salmon Fillets
1/4 cup Maille Dijon Mustard
3 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard and brown sugar. Coat top of fillets, covering completely. Bake in pyrex dish for 30-40 minutes at 350 covered with foil.
