¾ cup sugar or (Splenda)

3 tablespoons Cornstarch

10 oz Diet Sprite or 7up

Strawberry Jell-O – (Sugar Free/Fat Free, 4 serving size)

2 pints fresh strawberries - (de-stemmed and sliced)

Graham Cracker or Shortbread Pie Crust (Reduced fat)

In a small sauce pan, combine sugar (Splenda), cornstarch and the diet soda.

Bring to a boil and cook till thick. This will happen very quickly.

Remove from heat and stir in ½ package of strawberry Jell-O.

Let sit to cool.

In the meantime, de-stem and slice the strawberries and put into the pre-made pie shell.

Pour cooled mixture over strawberries, refrigerate until set and top with Fat Free Cool whip…………..MMMMMMMMMMMMM.
