1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 T. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 T. cinnamon
2 c. can milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add milk and mix completely, Put mixture into pie shell and cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
Makes 1 pie.
