Chopped Romain lettuce
Chopped bell pepper (I like to use the colored ones)
Shredded carrots
Chopped green onion tops
Frozen Peas
Fat Free or Light Hellman’s Mayo (approx. 1 - 1 ˝ cups mixed with 3 Splenda)
Shredded cheddar
Bacon bits

Cover bottom of dish with lettuce
Layer bell peppers
Layer shredded carrots
Sprinkle green onion tops over carrots
Layer peas
Cover with dressing, sealing edges
Cover with shredded cheese
Sprinkle bacon bits on top

Cover and chill for 24 hours before serving.
