1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
16 oz. sour cream
2 cans potato soup
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
8-12 oz. grated cheese
4 bacon slices, fried crisp (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash browns, sour cream, potato soup and garlic salt together. Put in 9x13 inch casserole or pyrex dish. Top with grated cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
