Pare and core pears, run through food chopper and cook until cooked to pulp, and turns a bright honey color.
5 c. pear pulp,
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple,
6 1/2 c. sugar,
Directions:
Directions:
cook until sugar is dissolve. Have you containers washed and ready. Pour pear honey into jars and seal with melted wax. (or seal with jar lids. Cover while hot and they will seal.) While making pear honey, stir constantly to keep from burning and sticking.
