1 can (28oz) crushed tomatoes
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans water
1/4 cup wine (opt)
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp sugar
1 large bag Italian blend frozen vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a large soup pot. (Seasonings may also include Mrs. Dash hot spices and extra basil to taste.) Boil for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Blend with a hand-mixer if desired. Serve hot.
