1 lb. crab - Lump!
1 egg
2 tsp. Worcester Sauce
3 TBS. Mayo
1 TBS. mustard (powdered)
1 tsp Parsley (optional)
1 cup Bread Crumbs (plain)

Vegetable or Canola oil for frying

Gently mix all ingredients. Make patties and fry in oil w/1 TBS. butter. Brown on both sides. Keep warm in oven at 150º.

These are soooooooo good! Of all the crab cakes I have ever tasted, these are the absolute best! enjoy!!
