1 C butter
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
2 C blended oatmeal (blend in blender to fine powder)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz chocolate chips
4 oz grated Hershey bar
2 C chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º .

In a bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, salt, soda and powder.
Set aside.

Cream butter and both sugars.
Add eggs, and vanilla.
Add flour mixture, chocolate chips, hershey bar and nuts.

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375º
