Peppermint Brownies Recipe

4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 C butter
4 eggs
2 C sugar
1 C flour
pinch salt
1/2 tsp peppermint extract

2 C powdered sugar
4 T butter, softened
2 T milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
2-4 drops green food coloring

Melt chocolate squares and butter.
Beat together eggs and sugar, then add chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour, salt and 1/2 tsp extract.
Pour into a buttered 9"x13" pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Prepare frosting by mixing all ingredients and spread over cooled brownies.
Store in fridge.
