1 lb. red salmon (canned)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. minced green onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp "liquid smoke"

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and debone salmon, flake, mix together with other ingredients. Chill.

After chilled, roll in mixture of 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts with 3 tbsp. chopped parsley. Roll into 1 or 2 salmon balls.
