1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/6 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
3 to 5 drops of Tabasco sauce
dash of garlic powder



Directions:
Directions:
Whisk ingredients together and pour over meat.
Marinate at least two hours.
Sear on both sides,grilling to desired doneness. Slice steak on diagonal. Try different angles and sample for best grain.

(Shoulder steak works well for this recipe.) No need to baste while grilling.
