2 eggs,
splash of milk,
dill pickle diced,
onion,
leftover pot roast,

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a splash of milk add salt and pepper set aside. Dice onions and add cubed pot roast to saute pan with a small amount of oil and cook till onions soft. Add pickles cook till warmed through. Remove from pan add egg mixture and make your omelet. Add mixture at the end, enjoy. Serve with sliced tomatoes or fruit. Can be served any meal of the day.

This recipe was told to me by my Aunt Phyllis. I haven't tried it yet but I wanted to pass it along since it is the only official recipe i have of my late grandfather. I will pass along my notes as soon as I eat one.
