1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 can cream-style corn
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 large onion, chopped
3 small diced jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup grated cheese

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add milk, oil, eggs, corn, onion and peppers. Mix well. Stir in cheese. Bake in greased pan at 425º for 25 to 30 minutes, until well browned and top of bread is dry.
