1 15 oz. box of instant mashed potatoes
2 cups milk
1 stick of butter
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese w/chives

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare instant mashed potatoes as on box to serve 8-12 people. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Beat well, until light and fluffy. Put in casserole and cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight. When needed, heat oven to 350º and bake for 40-50 minutes.
