2 large cans yams (sweet potatoes)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1 cup small marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mash sweet potatoes, then use mixer to add brown sugar and melted butter. Stir in marshmallows. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
