3 c. diced rhubarb,
2 egg yolks,
1 c. sugar,
1 tbl. flour,
1 tbl. water,
sprinkle of nutmeg,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Fill unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 for 50 min. Beat two egg whites until stiff, Add 4 tbl. sugar and beat until dissolved. Add drop of lemon extract and cover pie. Bake 15 min or until meringue is brown and set.
