1 1/2 qts. strawberries,
1 c. sugar,
3 tbl. cornstarch,
1/2 c. water,
1 tbl. lemon juice,
Directions:
Directions:
Crush strawberries to make 1 cup: combine these with the sugar, cornstarch, and water in large glass mixing bowl. Microwave 8 - 10 min or until thickened, stirring once. Stir in lemon juice. Add whole berries to glaze mixture. Coat well. Arrange in baked 9 in. pastry shell. Chill. Whipped cream if desired.
