Dressing:

3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tsp honey mustard
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper



Salad:

4 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 cup diced celery
1/3 cup toasted, chopped walnuts
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 Tbsp chopped, fresh parsley
3 cups chopped, unpeeled Red Delicious apples

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients together in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serves 4-6.
