Salad:

1/2 head lettuce, washed and torn
1 romaine lettuce, washed and torn
2 tomatoes, cut bite size
1 cucumber, cut bite size
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives (opt)
3/4 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbled



Dressing:

1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce in large salad bowl or on large platter. Spread with tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and cheese. Mix next seven ingredients together. Pour over salad, toss, serve.
