Salad:

2 bunches of spinach
1 red onion
6 slices of bacon, crumbled
1 can mushrooms sliced
1/2 cup almonds (sliced and toasted)



Dressing:

1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all salad ingredients except almonds in bowl and toss. Mix all dressing ingredients together and shake in covered jar. Pour over salad. Sprinkle with almonds and serve.
