9 large potatoes (or 5 pounds)
2, 3-oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 TBS. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil peeled and quartered potatoes until soft, then drain. Mash them while hot. Beat in rest of ingredients until fluffy. Cook and keep covered in a large pan or crock pot. (Can heat at 325 for 45 min. in oven.)
