3 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips

CAKE: Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. To this mixture add the oil, water, vinegar, and vanilla. Mix well. FILLING: Beat together the softened cream cheese, egg, 1/2c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt. Add the chocolate chips.
Fill cupcake papers half full and add teaspoon of cheese filling on top.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
