1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. sour cream
3 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter over low heat and add brown sugar. Stir until combined. Cool slightly and add 1 c. sour cream and the vanilla. Chill.

Dip apples, grapes, bananas, pineapple, angel food cake, etc.
