3 c. broccoli flowerets (can use zucchini if desired)
2 shredded carrots
1 small grated onion
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing Mix
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly cook zucchini or broccoli in boiling water until crisp tender, about 3 minutes (don't overcook). Drain. Mix stuffing with melted butter. Take 1 c. of the stuffing mixture and mix with all other ingredients. Place in 9 x 13 pan or casserole dish and top with remaining 1 c. stuffing mix.

Bake 25 min. at 350. This can be assembled ahead of time or frozen and baked later.
