1 1/2 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
1 can (15-oz.) pizza sauce
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
Topping:
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 TBS. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain the ground beef, then add the can of pizza sauce. Stir together over med. heat for 3 minutes.

In a 9 x 13 greased pan, place the Mozzarella cheese slices on the bottom. Over this, add the mushrooms, green peppers, onions. Then place the hamburger mixture on top.

In a bowl mix the 1 c. milk, 1 c. flour, 2 eggs, and 1 TBS. oil and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until top is brown. Slice in the pan, then flip it over. If you reheat this, you can put Cheeze Whiz on top and put it in the microwave.
