1 1/2 c. shortening (or margarine)
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sorghum mixed with 1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. (can refrigerate overnight) Roll in small balls and dip in sugar. Place on greased pan, do not flatten. Bake 8-10 minutes at 325.
