1/2 head lettuce 2 tomatoes cut in 1/8 1/2 cup Swiss cheese julienne 1/2 cup ham julienne 1/2 cup of Spanish olives 2 tsp. grated romano cheese. 1/8 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup extra virgin Spanish olive oil 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp oregano 2 tsp. lemon juice
Mix all except the romano cheese. Sprinkle the cheese after everything has been mixed.
