2 tsp. butter
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup chopped onion,
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 lbs. Breakfast sausage, cooked and drain
2/3 Cup half and half

Directions:

Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Put one cup of cheese over butter in pan. Break 12 eggs over cheese, poke each yoke with fork once and salt and pepper lightly. Sprinkle onion, green pepper and mushrooms on top. Next spread breakfast sausage on top. Then put rest of cheese on top and pour 1/2 & 1/2 over that. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake 350º for 45 minutes to an hour.
