1 Envelop Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup
16 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry.
1 8 oz Can water chestnuts, drained and chopped.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill for two hours.
Makes 3 cups.
