1 medium head iceberg lettuce
6 slices bacon
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 medium potato
1 large egg
Salt, pepper and cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Tear lettuce in large bowl. Add thinly sliced onion,
salt and pepper.

Meanwhile. Fry bacon (keeping as much bacon grease as possible). Cook potato. Mash
potato with fork and stir it into the lettuce. Bring
bacon grease to a boil and add vinegar to taste.
Pour over lettuce at once. Add the raw egg and toss all together. Add crumbled bacon and toss slightly.
