"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
1 package dry onion soup mix 1 cup Russian dressing (if you can't find, Western is a close substitute)
1 cup apricot jam (peach would also work)
Place chicken in baking dish; mix other ingredients together and pour over. Bake at 350 (180 )degrees for a couple of hours or until it finishes to a rich, thick sauce. Baste chicken with sauce several times while baking. Good with rice.
