Several pounds of chicken pieces

1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup Russian dressing (if you can't find, Western is a close substitute)

1 cup apricot jam (peach would also work)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish; mix other ingredients together and pour over. Bake at 350 (180 )degrees for a couple of hours or until it finishes to a rich, thick sauce. Baste chicken with sauce several times while baking. Good with rice.
