1 c.sugar
3 egg yolks
2 T. flour
1 T. lemon juice
2 c. pineapple juice, drained from canned pineapple
1 - 16 oz. box acini de pepe (in pasta aisle)
1 - 20 oz. can drained pineapple chunks
2 - 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained
3/4 c. chopped and drained maraschino cherries
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 - 9 oz. container whipped topping, thawed

Combine sugar, yolks, flour, pineapple and lemon juices. Cook over low heat until thick. Cook acini de pepe according to the package directions, don't overcook. Drain, combine with cooked mixture. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Add fruit, marshmallows and topping, refrigerate before serving.
