2 - 6 oz. cans frozen grape juice
5 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. yeast
1 gallon jug
1 strong balloon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Mix juice with sugar. Put all in a gallon jug to within one inch of top with warm water. Place strong balloon on top of jar. Let stand for 6 weeks. As the wine begins to ferment, the balloon blows up. When the balloon goes down, the wine is done.
