1 box frozen broccoli 1/2 c. margarine 1 egg 1 can creamed corn 1 slice of toast 10 - 12 crackers (crumbled)
Beat egg and mix with corn in (greased) casserole dish. Crumble toast on top of corn. Cook & drain broccoli and mix with one half melted marg. Put on top of toast. Crumble crackers & mix with remaining marg and sprinkle on top of broccoli. Bake 350 for 1/2 hour.
