5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and sliced
1/4 to 1/2 lb. bacon
3 tsp. bacon grease
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 T. flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
celery seed to taste
pimentos (small jar, drained) can be added

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up bacon in small bits and fry until crisp. Drain grease except for 3 tablespoons. Add sugar, flour and grease to bacon. Stir constantly until all lumps are gone. Then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a full boil. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Pour over cooked potatoes and mix well. Left overs can be stored in the refrigerator. Can be served hot or cold.
