1 unbaked 8 inch pastry shell,
1 6 oz. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed,
3 eggs,
1/2 c. packed brown sugar,
2 tbl. butter,
1/4 tsp. salt,
Ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Bake unpricked pastry shell at 450 for 4 min. Remove from oven: reduce oven temp. to 350. Meanwhile, beat together concentrate, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 till knife inserted just off-center comes out clean. About 25-30 min.
