1 large bag frozen hashbrowns
1 sm can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar
1/2 cup melted butter, plus more for cornflakes
I small chopped onion ( optional )
1-2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
-mix all ingredients, except cornflakes, together and spread in greased 9x13 pan
-cover with crumbled cornflakes and drizzle with 1/4 cup of melted butter
-bake 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours
