8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
4 oz. fat free cream cheese
1 can fat free mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lay the chicken breasts in a 2 qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

In microwave heat the Italian dressing mix, cr. cheese and soup, stirring untill well blended. Add the onion and wine. Pour sauce over the chicken and bake 1 hr.
