6 chicken breasts
1/2 C flour
Cooking oil
Salt & pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 tsp thyme
2 T minced dry onions
2 T dry parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 C minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and season chicken. Brown in oil. Mix soup, water, seasonings in sauce pan and heat to a boil. Pour minute rice in bottom of 9 by 12 baking dish. Pour soup mixture over rice. Stir until rice is moistened. Place chicken over rice. Cover with foil and bake at 350 º for 45 minutes.
