6-7 potatoes 1/2 lb velveeta - cubed 1 1/2 C Helmann's mayo 1/2 C bacon bits
Boil potatoes, cool, slice with skins on. Lay slices in large baking dish. Layer cheese cubes on top of potatoes. Then bacon bits. Smooth on mayo and fold together. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Stir well before serving.
This had a different name originally. But Natalie gave me the recipe so that was the name I used after that!
