6-7 potatoes
1/2 lb velveeta - cubed
1 1/2 C Helmann's mayo
1/2 C bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, cool, slice with skins on. Lay slices in large baking dish. Layer cheese cubes on top of potatoes. Then bacon bits. Smooth on mayo and fold together. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Stir well before serving.
