1 garlic clove, halved
2 Tbsp. cider or red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper (seasoned preferred)
6 Tbsp. salad oil
8 c. crisp young spinach (stems removed)
3 eggs (hard cooked and grated)
8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
2-3 green onions (chopped fine)
Fresh mushrooms (sliced in "T" shape)
Fresh cauliflower (sliced in "T" shape)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat first 7 ingredients together and refrigerate. Clean and prepare remaining ingredients. Add dressing just before serving, removing garlic. Optional: cook an extra egg, slice and serve on top for decoration.
