2 1/2 c milk
4 eggs
2 TB melted butter
pinch salt
1 TB white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
can be made in blender or bowl and beater
Mix and/or beat all ingredients and let sit for min 1 hour then add another 1/2 cup of water
Add a small amount of oil to a heated pan, add a ladle full of batter and turn pan to make sure batter reaches side of pan. Cook on each side about minute
