Pie Crust--2 refrigerated prepared pie crusts
Filling: 2 large baking apples, 1 c. chopped rhubarb, 1 c. frozen raspberries (thawed), 1 c. frozen blueberries (thawed), 1 c. frozen strawberries (thawed) , 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and stir. Spoon into pie crust. Preheat oven to 400degrees. Put pie together. Cut slits in top.
Place pie on cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Then reduce oven temp to 350o and bake about 1/2 hour more until crust is golden and juice bubbles.

This recipe was sent to me by my sister-in-law from Wyoming in l994 for Thanksgiving. It's delicious.
